What you read below is not a creed. It’s not something that Grace requires all members to subscribe to.  It’s just our collective understanding of how the Bible tells us we are to accomplish the mission the Lord has given us on this earth.·        We believe in teaching the Bible with the objective of changing lives.  (Romans 12:7; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; James 1:23-25) 

·        We believe that the Lord loves lost people and so should we, so that they can experience new life in Him.  (Luke 5:30-32; Luke 15; Matthew 18:14) 

·        We believe that as Christians we should be authentic, honest, and always learning.  (Ephesians 4:25-26, 32; Hebrews 12:1; Phil. 1:6) 

·        We believe that loving relationships should characterize everything we do. (1 Cor. 13, Nehemiah 3; Luke 10:1; John 13:34-35) 

·        We believe that life change happens best in the committed relationships of Sunday School classes. (Luke 6:12-13; Acts 2:44-47) 

·        We believe that the church should be led by those called and gifted by the Lord to serve His people. (Nehemiah 1-2; Romans 12:8;  Acts 6:2-5) 

·        We believe that becoming more like Jesus is both an individual and corporate pursuit and is normal in the life of a believer. (1 Kings 11:4; Phil 2:1-11; 2 Cor 8:7) 

·        We believe that the Lord has chosen to work through His church, and He is glorified in our unity and our service.  (1 Cor 12, 14; Romans 12; Ephesians 4; Psalm 133:1)
